Dr. Reams earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She received her graduate degree in biomedical science and forensic medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she also received her medical degree.
Having completed her Rheumatology residency and fellowship training at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania, she also received the Translating Osteopathic Understanding into Community Health (TOUCH) Silver Award.
Dr. Reams is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. She also holds several memberships in professional organizations including the American College of Rheumatology, Pennsylvania Rheumatology Society, American College of Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, and the National Honorary Osteopathic Fraternity (Sigma Sigma Phi, Zeta Chapter). Dr. Reams actively participates in medical research and has given many presentations relating to her field.
