Dr. Foulk is an internationally renowned expert in the field of reproductive endocrinology, having established active fertility treatment centers in four different states so that he can enable all those who struggle with infertility find an affordable way to start a family.
Dr. Foulk completed his fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco after his residency at the University of California, Irvine in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Foulk attended the University of California, San Diego for medical school and received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
