His reach extends beyond the walls of TFC because he is an active researcher whose findings have improved the safety and effectiveness of fertility treatments around the United States and the world. He also helps train the next generation of fertility doctors in his role as a professor.
Originally from Dallas, Kaylen Silverberg MD earned his undergraduate degree in molecular biology and business administration from Vanderbilt University. Our Austin fertility doctor then attended medical school at the Baylor College of Medicine.
He returned to Vanderbilt University to complete an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. After his residency, he completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
As a reproductive endocrinologist, Kaylen Silverberg MD works with women and men to diagnose and treat infertility using both basic and advanced treatments.

Dr. Silverberg is also a highly trained and skilled surgeon who performs minimally invasive fertility surgery to treat endometriosis, fibroids, adhesions and ovarian cysts. Dr. Silverberg actively performs infertility research and has published extensive research in this area. One of his top areas of expertise is surgical and nonsurgical treatment endometriosis and pelvic adhesion prevention.
